Welcome to SleepZen. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, our sleep consultation services, and the purchase and delivery of our mattresses and bedding products across Ahmedabad, Gujarat. By browsing our website, requesting a consultation, or ordering a mattress, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with SleepZen—whether through our website (sleepzen.in), telephone helpline (+91 78745 33459), or WhatsApp support—you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements under Indian law.

2. Mattress Selection & Sleep Consultation

SleepZen provides expert mattress recommendations based on ergonomics, customer height, body weight, sleeping posture (side, back, stomach), and back health concerns. Please note:

• Good-Faith Recommendations: Sleep consultations provided by our specialists are designed to guide your choice based on biomechanical principles. However, firmness perception varies between individuals, and final selection rests with the buyer.
• Material Authenticity: We guarantee that all core materials—including high-density rebonded orthopedic foam (80D–90D), open-cell cooling gel memory foam, tempered pocket springs, and 100% natural organic latex—meet national quality standards and contain no harmful chemical fillers.

3. Sizing & Cot Measurement Responsibility

Mattress fit is critical for comfort and mattress longevity. Ahmedabad homes feature both standardized cots and custom-crafted wooden furniture:

• Standard Dimensions: We supply all standard Indian mattress sizes (Single: 36″x72″, 36″x75″; Queen: 60″x72″, 60″x75″, 60″x78″; King: 72″x72″, 72″x78″, 72″x84″).
• Custom Sizing: We fabricate custom dimensions to your cot’s exact inner millimeter or inch measurements with zero penalty or surcharge.
• Customer Measurement Responsibility: Customers are responsible for measuring the internal mattress cavity of their bed frame (inside edge to inside edge) rather than outer cot borders. Our advisors are available to guide you via video call or WhatsApp to confirm exact dimensions before order production.

4. Transparent Quotations & Payment Options

We believe in honest, upfront pricing:

• All-Inclusive Quotations: Every quotation provided by SleepZen includes applicable 18% GST with no surprise checkout fees.
• Flexible Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), direct bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.
• Payment Upon Delivery: For standard orders across Ahmedabad, payment can be completed directly to our delivery executive after you physically inspect the mattress at your home.

5. Doorstep Delivery & White-Glove Setup

SleepZen provides 100% free doorstep delivery across all neighborhoods of Ahmedabad (Satellite, Bopal, South Bopal, SG Highway, Prahlad Nagar, Vastrapur, Bodakdev, Thaltej, Gota, Chandkheda, Maninagar, Naroda, and Gandhinagar):

• White-Glove Setup: Our trained delivery executives bring the mattress directly into your chosen bedroom, unbox it, place it securely on your cot frame, and remove all protective plastic packaging.
• Building & Lift Access: For high-rise apartments, the customer must ensure service elevator access or clear staircase corridors. For pre-assembled flat deliveries, ensure stairway bends allow transit without excessive bending.
• Old Mattress Removal: Complimentary disposal or relocation of your old mattress to another room in your house can be arranged upon prior request when booking your delivery.

6. 100-Night Comfort Trial & Exchange Terms

To ensure your body has adequate time to adjust to your new orthopedic or memory foam mattress, SleepZen offers a dedicated 100-Night Comfort Trial on qualifying models:

• 21-Night Adjustment Window: Orthopedic and high-density foam mattresses require an initial 21-night break-in period for the materials to adapt to your body contours and for your postural muscles to adapt to proper spinal alignment. Trial exchange requests are accepted after this initial window.
• Condition of Return: The mattress must remain clean, structurally intact, and free from fluid stains, tears, burns, or physical abuse. We strongly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector throughout the trial.
• One Exchange Per Household: If a mattress feel is too firm or too soft, our sleep advisors will coordinate an exchange for an alternative firmness profile tailored to your feedback.

7. 10-Year Warranty Terms & Claim Process

SleepZen mattresses are backed by an industry-leading 10-year warranty against structural and manufacturing defects:

To initiate a warranty evaluation, simply WhatsApp our team at +91 78745 33459 with your invoice and photos of the mattress surface. A SleepZen technical representative in Ahmedabad will coordinate an in-home inspection within 48–72 hours.

8. Cancellations & Modifications

• Standard Models: Standard dimensions can be modified or cancelled free of charge at any time prior to the mattress being dispatched from our local facility.
• Custom Carpenter Sizes: Custom size orders may be modified within 24 hours of confirmation. Once custom fabric cutting and foam bonding have commenced, cancellations may incur a nominal raw material restocking charge.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and all transactions undertaken through SleepZen shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising hereunder shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
